Florida’s 2020 Amendments

What do these ballot initiatives mean for our communities & what’s our stance on them?

Sets a dangerous precedent to deny citizens the right to vote, endangering the POWER of voters.

Raises the minimum wage to $15 / hr, increasing the MONEY that flows into our communities.

Reduces minority representation in the electoral process, taking away the POWER of Black & Brown Voters.

Requires people to VOTE TWICE in order to create or change laws. Makes it harder for the community to pass laws they care about, reducing the POWER and RESPECT of the voter.

Increases tax breaks for new home buyers.

Increases tax breaks for spouses of veterans.
